This books takes you from Amsterdam to the Borinage, to the Hague and Nuenen, Paris, and then off to sunny Arlesian earth. It puts the lives of the Impressionists in perspective. It makes you learn new things about colors and lines, and appreciate the naked brashness of reality. An unbelievable story of an unbelievable man - Vincent Van Gogh.
